早餐: 台糖的黑五寶+即食燕麥+豆漿
午餐: 一碗麵+前日的剩菜(因為我在外租房,不能用人家電鍋煮飯.)或去
生機飲食店吃三菜一湯+五穀飯的套餐
晚餐: 房東太太給啥吃啥
其他:我在美國唸書,因為晚餐包在房租裡, 我沒有辦法選擇. 他們吃飯的時間又很晚,
我也不能多吃菜少吃飯, 這樣很難看, 畢竟吃人家的. 我來這裡兩年胖了五公斤.
日常作息時間:不一定 看作業多寡
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:目前我都會去健身房上課,通常是一小時的有氧腳踏車.一週三次.
我的問題: 我的目標是瘦到大學時的46kg.
